Six kilometres from Athmallik in Angul district, this hilltop viewpoint offers wide-open views of the surrounding hills and valleys — the kind of place you come back to for both sunrise and sunset. The hike up is easy enough for most, and October through March gives you clear skies to make the most of the panorama. Parking is available at the base.
